Design your own balloon garland for an Under the sea themed party with this DIY balloon kit. Each kit contains x 42 latex balloons, x 4 modelling balloons, x 1 shark foil balloon, x 30pcs foam tape, x 1 paper straw for inflation and 2.5m of balloon garland tape. Once inflated the garland measures approximately 150 x 85cm. Supplied individually.
