Bubble Balloons

Qualatex Bubble Balloons are made from stretchy plastic, which will expand as it is inflated. These balloons will be fully inflated when the seams disappear and they become beach ball-like in shape. There are a range of different bubble balloons, from plain to themed and patterned bubbles.
