Red & Green Foil Tassel Garland - 2.5m (1)

Tassels look gorgeous in garlands, but you can also use them as balloon tails! These garlands require you to assemble them yourself (instructions supplied) so you're free to use them in whichever way you desire. Each pack contains 1 x 2.5m piece of string, and you will have enough green and red foil to create 12 tassels. Beautiful when used on large latex, foil or bubble balloons! Supplied individually.
