Gold Foil Tassel Garland - 2.5m (1)

Tassels look lovely in garlands, but you can also use them as balloon tails! These tassels require you to assemble them yourself (instructions supplied) so you're free to use them in whichever way you desire. Each pack contains 1 x 2.5m piece of string, and you will have enough gold foil to create 12 tassels. Great for use on large latex, foil or bubble balloons!
