Pebeo Silver Cerne Relief is a versatile, water-based paint outliner that allows artists and crafters to add raised, silver metallic details to their projects. Perfect for adding outlines to stained glass artwork or 3D elements to mixed media designs, this product adheres well to smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass, metal and ceramic.

Features:

Usage:
