Use this Clear Mark Embossing Pad with embossing powders to create 3D images! Apply the pad evenly to a clean stamp and press on the desired surface, applying embossing powder immediately. Set the powder using a heat gun. This pad can also be used to create watermarked effects on coloured or printed card or paper. Simply apply the pad evenly to a stamp, press on the desired surface and leave to dry. Supplied individually.
