This stunning black and gold tassel garland is a brilliant way to add a unique finishing touch to your designs. Use as a garland, balloon tail or as a decorative element in your work. You will need to assemble the tassel garland yourself (with simple instructions included) so you can use them any way you want! Each pack has 6 gold foil tassels and 6 black tissue tassels, with approximately 2m of white twine. Once assembled, the banner measures approximately 1.5m. Supplied individually.
