This balloon stretching tool is great if you are trying to put confetti, feathers, money or other decorations inside a latex balloon. Simply insert the 4 metal prongs inside the neck of a latex balloon and squeeze the handles - this is an efficient way to open the neck up, making it much easier to put things inside the balloon.
