Helium Updates

As you may be aware there have been issues with the supply of helium for a little while now. BOC have now cut our monthly allowance to 30% of what we would normally have. Unfortunately we have therefore had to remove all hire helium cylinders from the website.

Over the last couple of days, it has also been increasingly challenging to find gas agents that have any helium available for collection as BOC are struggling to make deliveries and are collecting cylinders to be used elsewhere.

So, if you would like to place an order for helium, please contact your normal gas agent first to check they have the stock available before contacting us. Once we confirm with the gas agent, we can process your order via pro-forma invoice.

Please note that if your gas agent of choice has not got any helium then there is nothing we are able to do. You may have to contact multiple agents to find a cylinder.

Once payment is received, we will then do our very best to organise for you to collect it as soon as possible. However, with everything moving so much now, there is still a chance it will not be there so speed is of the essence!

Please bear in mind that we do have a limit on how many cylinders we can supply now so once that limit is reached, we will not be able to supply any more helium until November.

If you do not already purchase helium through us, we are not able to open any new accounts at this time.
