Black weights are great for balloon decorations for all styles of events and themes. These frilly weights are so-called because the top of the weight has large decorative frills hanging down, adding some additional colour and sparkle to your event. One weight can hold down up to 20 x 10" latex balloons or 40 x 18" foils.
